I.N.S.E.C.T Summercamp
The I.N.S.E.C.T. Summercamp brings together people from diverse backgrounds to engage with insects in creative ways. We listen to their vibrations, we observe their physiology, we meditate, imagine, and imitate their expressions, weave and form artefacts to support their habitats, and map their paths and relationships.
The camp is based on co-creation, which means that we co-create the program of the I.N.S.E.C.T. Summercamps together. The theme and our framework of combining methods of measuring, making, and embodying are open to be used and developed further by harnessing the potential of the group of co-creators, a mix of alumni and newcomers, practitioners and researchers in art and design, biology, entomology, education, technology, and more.
